Nestled right on the Homosassa River, Crumps Landing offers that unbeatable mix of good food, laid-back vibes, and tropical energy that makes every visit feel like a mini vacation. Our latest stop there turned into one of those memorable Florida nights filled with great flavors, laughter, and cold drinks.
We started off with a couple of Diet Cokes and a Premium Domestic Bucket—perfect for kicking back by the water. The drink lineup kept things lively too, with Western Son Lemon drops and a Well Vodka Lemon Drop that were crisp, sweet, and just the right amount of tangy.
For appetizers, the Fried Mozzarella with Marinara hit that comforting note—crispy on the outside, gooey inside, and paired with a marinara sauce that was surprisingly flavorful. The Hush Puppies came out golden brown, perfectly fried, and with that bit of Southern charm that keeps you reaching for just one more.
When it came to entrées, Crumps didn’t disappoint. The Steak Tacos and Steak Garlic Melt were both loaded with juicy, well-seasoned beef, while the Kid’s Chicken Tenders with Fries offered exactly what you’d hope for—fresh, crunchy, and a hit even with the adults. The Seared Scallops were tender and lightly caramelized, a nice touch of upscale flavor that paired beautifully with the casual riverside setting.
Extra ranch and tortilla chips with salsa rounded everything out, adding to that “kick back and relax” spread.
The whole meal came to $143.08, which felt completely fair considering the mix of food, drinks, and the unbeatable atmosphere. The service from Journey C was friendly and attentive, keeping everything smooth even with a full crowd.
Crumps Landing continues to prove why it’s one of Homosassa’s most beloved waterfront spots. Whether you’re coming for the cocktails, the food, or just the view, this place captures the Florida lifestyle perfectly—easygoing, flavorful, and full of good times.
