We did not originally plan to stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Convention Center. After deciding to leave another Pigeon Forge hotel, we needed a last-minute place that felt clean, comfortable, and family friendly. This stay ended up completely changing the tone of our night.

A Much Better First Impression
From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt bright, clean, and well maintained. After a frustrating start to the evening elsewhere, simply walking into a property that felt cared for immediately took some of the stress out of the trip.
Our Room
The room was clean, comfortable, and fresh smelling. Everything we needed worked properly, the space felt updated, and we were comfortable letting the kids settle in without feeling like we needed to inspect every corner first.
Amenities and Property Condition
One of the things we appreciated most was that the amenities advertised for the property were actually available and functional during our stay. That sounds basic, but when traveling with family, getting the fundamentals right has a huge effect on the experience.
