Splashing in the Breeze in Sevierville has plenty of wow factor: mountain views, a modern cabin layout, a private indoor pool, and a hot tub. It can make a memorable family getaway, but there are a few things we would want to know before booking it again.
Quick Take
The private pool, hot tub, mountain setting, and modern living space are the big strengths. Our biggest concern was the strong chlorine smell in the pool room, along with ventilation that could be improved. We also would have liked better bedroom storage and an outdoor fire pit.
The Cabin and Living Space
The cabin feels modern, comfortable, and designed for a relaxing mountain trip. The living area gave us plenty of room to settle in, and the overall space felt clean and well put together.

The Private Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is one of the cabin’s biggest selling points, especially for families traveling when the weather is not ideal for outdoor swimming. It gives kids something substantial to do without leaving the cabin.

Our main issue was the chlorine level and ventilation. The chlorine smell was very strong while we were there and caused eye irritation after spending time in the pool room. Better airflow or a different chemical balance would make this amenity much easier to enjoy for longer periods.
The Waterfall Feature
The waterfall looks great and adds to the visual impact of the pool area, but it is louder than we expected. If you are trying to relax or have a conversation nearby, the sound can become distracting.
What We Would Improve
A couple of relatively simple additions would improve the stay. Dressers or more bedroom storage would make unpacking easier, and an outdoor fire pit would be a natural fit for evenings in the mountains.
Who This Cabin Is Best For
Families who place a high value on having a private indoor pool and hot tub will probably appreciate the cabin most. The indoor amenities also make it attractive for cooler-weather trips when you want entertainment at the property instead of relying on outdoor activities every day.
Bottom Line
Splashing in the Breeze has a lot going for it and the potential to be an excellent Sevierville cabin stay. We enjoyed the space and the amenities, but the pool-room ventilation was significant enough that we would want to see it improved before calling the stay exceptional.
